Once the request has been submitted:

• you will receive an automated confirmation email;
• You will be assigned a unique request code that identifies your case;
• Our Customer Service team will process the request and contact you, if necessary,
  to complete the return procedure.

The unique code serves as confirmation that your request has been received. We recommend keeping it until the process is concluded.
