You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the date you received it by following the steps mentioned below.

B – Return & Exchange Form

Please call 199-199-345 to arrange pick-up with DHL.

Fill out the enclosed return & exchange form (B) indicating which items you wish to return/exchange and the reason for returning them.
Insert the completed return & exchange form (B) with the products for exchange or refund in its original box.
Should a product be returned for exchange, please contact our Client Relations Center to reserve a desired product.
Contact DHL customer service to schedule a pick-up.
The DHL (C) waybill stamped with "Shipper Copy" must be signed by the DHL courier at the time of parcel collection and kept as a proof of return shipment. Please give the remaining 2 copies to the collecting DHL courier. Finally , close the package securely.
Once we have received the parcel, we will notify you via email.
All approved returns will be credited as soon as possible using the same currency, account and payment method as at the time of purchase. In case of exchange, the previously reserved exchanged product will be dispatched immediately.
Exchange shipments and reservations must be made from the country to which the order was originally shipped using the same service as for the original delivery.
Otherwise, shipping fees will not be refunded.
All products must be returned in a new and unused state and warranty seal in place.
